Cement plastering is more suitable for all weather conditions as if it more costly than gypsum plastering

I will make it short and clear. Most of the things what they said are not true especially the cost comparison in the initial part of the video. This material is definitely not suitable for our weather conditions. cost would be way higher when compared to cement plastering. Cement plastering is superior in all aspects which adds strength to the walls and lasts for ever. Gypsum will degrade within short span of time in our tropical weather conditions.

ഗൾഫിലുള്ള വീടുകൾ വാങ്ങിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആർക്കും ഒരു കുഴപ്പമില്ല പ്രശ്നമില്ല. നമ്മടെ നാട്ടിൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ആണ് എല്ലാവർക്കും പേടി 🤣🤣

വീടിന് കൂടുതൽ ബലം കിട്ടാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ് സിമന്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്..... സിമന്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ 10 ശതമാനം ബലം പോലും ജിപ്സത്തിനു കിട്ടില്ല ഭിത്തിക്കുള്ളിൽ നനവ്‌തട്ടിയാൽ ഇളകിപ്പോകും ഉറപ്പാണ്....
