♦️.what Is Gypsum plastering ?
gypsum plaster, white cementing material made by partial or complete dehydration of the mineral gypsum, commonly with special retarders or hardeners added. Applied in a plastic state (with water), it sets and hardens by chemical recombination of the gypsum with water. gypsum plaster.
♦️.Is gypsum plastering better than cement plastering?
Gypsum is a superior finish compared to cement plaster. However, it is advisable to go with gypsum plaster for the internal walls and ceilings and use cement plaster for the exteriors of the building.

പണ്ടുകാലത്ത് സിമന്റ്‌ ഇല്ലാത്തപ്പോഴും വീടുകൾ പണിതട്ടുണ്ട്. ചാണകം മെഴുകിയ തറയുള്ള വീടുകൾ മാറിയിട്ട് ഒരുപാട് നാളുകൾ ഒന്നും ആയിട്ടില്ല... മണലിനു പകരം MSand വന്നപ്പോളും അതിന് കുറ്റം കണ്ടുപിടിച്ച ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഓരോ കാലത്തിനും ഒരുപാട് പുതിയ പുതിയ കണ്ടെത്തലുകൾ വരുന്നുണ്ട്. കാലത്തിനു അനുസരിച്ചു മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരാത്തത് എന്ത് തന്നെ ആയാലും ( വ്യക്തികൾ ആണെങ്കിലും രീതികൾക്കു ആണെങ്കിലും ) അത് outdated ആയി മാറും... വീടായാലും രീതികൾ ആയാലും വ്യക്തികൾ ആയാലും....

എന്റെ വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങി ഞാനും ജിപ്സം പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് വിചാരിക്കുന്നു ഞാൻ ചെയ്ത ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി അവർ നല്ല അഭിപ്രായം ആണ് പറഞ്ഞത് മൂലകൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു നല്ല കൂളിംഗ് ആയത് കൊണ്ട് ac 1മണിക്കൂർ ഇട്ടാൽ ആ കൂളിംഗ് മുറിയിൽ നിന്ന് നേരം വെളുക്കുന്ന വരെയും നിൽക്കും എന്ന് അവർ പറയുന്നു ലിന്റിൽ വർക്കുന്ന സമയത്തു പുറത്തേക്ക് ചാടാതെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു 1000sq വീട് വെറും ഒരാഴ്ച കൊണ്ട് തീർന്നു എന്നുള്ളത് ആണ് മഹാത്ഭുതം

ഒരു കാര്യം ഇണ്ട്... 30 40 വർഷം പഴക്കം സിമന്റ്‌ കൊണ്ട് തേച്ച വീടുകൾ ഉണ്ട് ഇപോഴും ഇണ്ട്...ഒരു കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ലാതെ.... അത്രേം ഉറപ്പ് ഈൗ ഒരു ജിപ്സം മീറ്റിരിയലിനു കിട്ടുമോ....5 to 10 years മാത്രം കിട്ടിട്ടു കാര്യം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല 😑
