I love these videos where you dramatize the interactions between types; they're funny, but very educational. I'm a 4 male married to a 1 female and, because we both understand personality types/functions (using Enneagramm & MBTI), we can both laugh and appreciate our interactions. My crush is a 9 who moves to 6 in stress (i.e. the 4 and 6 date); and moves to 3 in health (i.e. the 3 and 4 date) - 3 also happens to be my wing. I immediately recognized 2 and 5 😂 and type 3 in itself. My bff is a 2, and I have 5 in my tritype. Immediately recognized 8 and 9 as well, but it's not at all how my ex (9w8) and I (8w7) were. Except for the communication part 🙄 Would love to see you make a video for each type dating all other types (including self). Like 1 dating each en. type, 2 dating each en. type, etc. That would surely be fun watching 😂

😂😂 I'm an 8 and my 9 husband and I have been married almost 20 years. I can verify that this has happened multiple times. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I've learned ways to make my opinion heard and seek justice in more subtle ways though as the years have gone on.

Great video Abbey! I know I can't be in a relationship with a 6! I had a major crush on a 3 in highschool, but realized that she was too different and things. I think I'm limited to 9s, 2s, and maybe 4s (4w5/INFJ, but I want the nice things of 4w3).

Finally someone put a 8+9 or 9+8 together. Been waiting for that for so long. It was interesting however, depending on situations, who turns to be more motivated to be a Type 9 or Type 8. I don't know if people change their motivations that much to appear as a different Enneagram. I was surprised to see a Type 9 teaching a class focused on keeping students on task without fear of who was offended, while a Type 8 reactive on the road becomes the most caring person to children in a classroom. Do people have multiple Enneagrams?

As a 9 married to an 8, I think the 8 appreciates the stability/safe space that a 9 provides and the 9, who may struggle with having goals/direction in life, feels being a stable safe space for the 8 is a duty PLUS the 9 appreciates the 8 taking charge and providing direction.
