Im a six and the one where we’re worried about the house burning down or something bad happened is sooo true even outside a relationship I used to sit in class and think about if a school shooter was to come in what would I do lol

This is very accurate. I'm glad you are able to see the humor in these things. As a 6 myself, it has really helped me to laugh at myself when I catch myself doing stereotypical 6 things. I've been in therapy for years and I've worked a lot on not projecting, not making negative interpretations, and believing that I can trust my gut and abilities on most things, but I still find myself doing these annoying things in new ways. If I can laugh at myself when I discover it, it's easier to stop and change my behavior.

I'm 5 dating a 6 and I've just laughed through all of this especially the coffee bit. "I am never not thinking of you when you I run errands" my six has said stuff like this.

I’m married to a 6. And examples #6-#7 are VERY accurate. Like... very.

It's a hard fear to have, but something that can be worked through!!

"Where's your wallet? I told the pastor I would buy $200 worth of donuts." And then "The pastor was caught stealing the tithes. I'm never going to another church ever again". I'm dying from laughter and freaking out at the accuracy!!! This is bananas how spot on this is for me. Like somebody had a freaking camera in my house! Wait... what if somebody had a camera in my house? Just kidding. Sort of😅

To all the sixes out there, we appreciate your loyalty, even though we see it's motivated by fear. When you do find loving and secure environments you can live beyond the fear and become shining stars we all admire!

Dang, girl, you just totally nailed my life. Add in ADHD and OCD (actual, diagnosed OCD, not "oh, everybody's a little OCD" -- no, they are not), and you can imagine the fun times my husband has. (He won't even watch this, he says it sounds too depressing.) I wonder if more Sixes have OCD than other types ...?

I'm happy to hear you feel seen. I don't know about the OCD and Type 6s. There definitely isn't any data out there (that I've seen) about Enneagram Types and Mental Health. But regardless, I hope your husband does watch the video because I don't think it's depressing!!

I was waiting for the type 6 wings video, but this gem came along first. Thank you so much, I understand my Type 6 sister so much better now! By the way, I switched from Type 5 to 8 to 9 and now have settled on 7. Is it possible to be an introverted 7? I read Riso, and found out that it doesn't specifically say 'extrovert' for 7. Will you consider making a video on introvert 7s?

It is absolutely possible to be an introverted 7! They often appear more extroverted in examples (like my videos!), but you will find introverts and extroverts in every single type!

7:23 That is... my father, 1:1. Unfortunately for him & his holy ambitions, all the other family members were are night owls/late risers. There has got to be some church that is not at 6 in the morning...
