I’m a 2 and definitely can relate to W1 and W3. I find, however, that the W1 has been strong during this pandemic. It really pushes my buttons when people are not wearing masks/not wearing them correctly and not complying with regs set by the nation/state. Thanks for your videos! I’m so confused if I am a 2 or a 4! I really relate to both of the “core” parts. I need to feel unique and have emotional depth but I also can really relate to the core fear of not being loved.

Hi Jennifer! I thought I was 4 for the longest time, but also related strongly to the core longing of the 2. You may be a self preservation subtype 2 like I am aka 2 (sp). Hilary just posted that video and said it is the counter type of the 2 and resembles the 4. Hope that helps!

Hey Jennifer! I was also confused about the same thing! Both being in the heart triad they have very similar core issues, the difference is how they go about it; 4s tend to want to be saved from their feelings and 2s tend to fixate on saving others.

Wow! I always thought I was a 2w1 because I have a lot of "1ness". I like thinking of myself as a good person, I'm kind of of a perfectionist, I have an altruistic bent... but actually, I'm shocked to realize I relate much more to the 2w3 by this description! How interesting!

Hey Hillary would love a video on how a 2 can step more into their wings to strengthen some of those aspects. My 1 wing is more dominant naturally but I have strong desires to be more 3-like I just need to strengthen those traits. Would be good to learn tips for development and growth and to embody that side of you more 😊💕

I got a type 2 with a 4 wing on the Enneagram test. I got an INFP on the Myers Briggs Personality test. 😊

That’s not a thing. You have to be one adjacent to your core enneagram. So a three or a one.

@@enneagramandcoaching I have to say that I was confused for being type 2 for the last two days in fact some characteristics fit, but type 4 was in second place Then when I tested when my mind was clear, type 4 was dominant If I were type 2 I would be pretty unhealthy type 2 Type 2 is in 3rd place again, I didn't compromise on it. but i think i'm type 4 wing 3 now i will watch the video you prepared for type 4 and i'm infp ❤️

So interesting I took the Enneagram tests a few times in the course of 3-4 years. First it was a 5w4, then an 8w9, and present day is a 2w1. The present test I took seems to resonate the most with me. I am definitely all about love, compassion, kindness and helping others. Maybe sometimes in the past not discerning enough who I give that too. I always felt the past tests were way off. Maybe it was the questions or maybe I just evolved thru time😊. I found each test to be very different. Anyway, thank you for the information. I always find this subject fascinating. 👍❤️

2w3 here...How do I know what I need? Ive been taking care of others for so long that I don’t know how to know what I want or need. So I just help others achieve their desires and that makes me happy.

I'm 2w3 social and it looks so much like 3. Such a difficulty in knowing which one is my dominant.

Happy New year. T'is I, the writer of that doll. I've still been wrestling with where said character fits in on the enneagram. The more I looked into it, she sounds A LOT more like a 2w3 than a 4. Again, she's pretty vocal about her needs, but everything else fits her to a T. Her core fear IS being worthless. She usually combats this by putting on a super sunny demeanor, agonizing about her appearance and going out of her way to either help or entertain those around her. Just like a good doll should. She's terrified if people see what a pathetic, mediocre emotional wreck she's become they'll pass her up for a more impressive version of her. It makes sense that she moves towards a 4 in health, but the core fear of a 4 just didn't line up. You're the expert on this system, what do you think?

Then again, just returned from some of your mistype videos, she could be a 3w2. The two is definitely in there. She's pretty ambitious and achievement focused. She's afraid of being a failure. Remember, she's essentially a Barbie and Barbie's a jack of all trades. She likes to help people, but it's not so much about their needs.Deep down she's HEAVILY focused on her image. Living up to this impossibly perfect expectation of what a doll like her should be. Idk. It's a tie between those two.

i'm here because different tests got me as a type 4, a type 6w5 or 4w5, type 2w3, type 8w9, type 2w1. What is happening. if i am a 2w1 it would make sense why i get along so well with my fiance who is a 1w2

Wait.... I am a mastermind personality type but I have a 2w3 enneagram. Is that even possible or the tests were wrong?

What about someone who is a 2W6 with an 8 stressor?

Honestly, I almost felt like I am cursed when I read I am 98% type 2 and 95% type 4 because 2 is just tragic and 4 likes tragedy. 2 feels unloved, 4 feels depression and such things. On top of it, I am an INFP, more emotions and feelings of not being loved. Plus, I have a Venus conjunction to Sun in my 7th Capricorn house and Neptune Uranus in my 8th and that's mysticism and death and all that stuff and type 4 is so visible out there. Uff! But one thing I got for sure is that I am meant to help people in this life. I was born to be an artist and nothing can change it. Perhaps why people always said I had a talent in writing wayyyyyy back when I just started scribbling things. Now I write poems on Instagram. The community is small but any person who has read it has always said that I write better than most famous Insta poets. And I do believe the same.

Statistics show between 92 to 98 % of Enneagram 2s are Fe users in MBTI. In a large survey on personality cafe 61% of ESFJs self typed as Enneagram 2 in MBTI. (See Wikipedia.) Not surprising since unhealthy ESFJs and Enneagram 2s suffer from codependancy.

INFJ WITH 2W3

I am a 2, 98%. I was leaning towards the 2w1 as you were describing because I am in alternative medicine, practice massage therapy, and am going to medical school. But then when you began talking about 2w3, I started thinking maybe I was that because I’m extremely outgoing, I host a women’s group in my home, and I’m involved with any program my church holds. So can I equally be a wing 1 and a wing 3?!

You usually are dominant in in one wing but definitely can use the other when you need it. They are like salt and pepper to your Main Type. Hope this helps! ❤️
