I'll always love tastosis/artosis but I really feel like tasteless has elevated himself above even the level he was at a couple of years ago. An absolute pleasure to listen to, these two have great chemistry too.

Hero needs to close his door when gives up his 3rd base and all-in for the final push. A simple pylon block and he doesnt get ling flooded for the 3rd time and wins.

Thats like saying protoss units are cheap, and doing a timing wich involves heavy micro shouldnt be done. Especially considering he has no tech except immortals. People pretending a wall would save him dont play starcraft 2. adept immortal gets destroyed by a zerg able to roach max to 200 for free. If that push didnt win, he would lose, always, because protoss needs tech to play macro or even defend a push, zerg doesnt. Zerg droning is also done by larvae, so instant max on drone after he holds. Wich is unrecoverable from protoss.Even if he saves 20 workers vs his opponents 20. 3 hatches times 4 larvae without inject means 12 workers instantly. Add inject to it and you can see how within 60 seconds zerg would be full 69 worker count. vs hero's 30 without tech. Losing his army meant losing the game in every scenario.

@@Eraz0rZ half baked knowledge you have like most average audience of anything really. first no one is saying he shouldnt do timing attacks. i'm not even sure how you derived to this conclusion. secondly, you really have no clue how a wall block off works do you. the point of a wall block, is to stall for a few seconds so he can react with a wall warp in behind it. since clearly he had no wall - the lings flooded in and he couldnt react. how is this so hard to grasp? if push loses - he loses the game. once again your knowledge showing. if he does considerable amount of damage he doesn't lose. the game goes on. and lord, please dont be under 4.5k mmr giving this analysis.

They should also have a reliable sponsor or 2. Crowdfunding will never work. It simply makes no sense that these copy/paste FPS titles can go on and on but a beautiful, fully developed, and far more difficult to create RTS that has the absolutely perfect formula for RTS can't is an injustice to the entire universe. Wireframe reskinned FPS games have no place on my devices but SC2 always will. This perfect formula for RTS is so *shamefully* underutilized by the industry. They're simply too difficult for peabrained FPS developers to produce. Retextured copies packaged as "new" games being sold for $80+ is about as dumb as a 5th coat of paint.

Theres no audience anymore aside from the finals. I can only assume they took a pay cut. The fields have been cut to 16 players. And only the first 4 spots get any money. Its done. Just waiting for the final advertisers to move on. And anybody thinking otherwise is a bit of a fool.

It's never gonna be the same as 2 years ago, but between scaling down and patreon, I think they might actually keep GSL going for quite a while. Idk if people will pay all year long, when GSL is between seasons. But if so then 8k/month adds 100k to prize the pool.
