The euro/stealth bomber copy is definitely the cheaper route to a pure speed road/dirt trail machine 👍 A cheap second hand set of spring rockshox/fox /marzochi is the way to go if the Chinese air fork fails 👍

Beware I hear kke is like the dmn forks, they end up locking up after a while, some people say DNM stands for "do not move" lol I guess you could probably do some maintenance to get them to free up. There is no free lunch when it comes to suspension that's why RockShox and fox are so expensive

Hi , quick question, I know you said you yourself wouldn't bother with the 12000watt hub motor but say you did would you have any problems fitting that size motor in the swingarm of that bomber stile frame . Why I ask I have a genuine stealth bomber that I use pretty hard core off road and I've always though about going all out and fitting such a large hub motor as a 12000watter and then boosting that up to 17000watts for use in short bursts in combination with the right controller and the biggest battery the bomber frame can fit inside of it .

Great Video Sam! I had the Zoom forks and they work ok especially if you are on the light side. If you are over 200lbs I'd say don't even bother with them. If on a budget buy a used set of DNM Volcano forks off a Surron owner on the cheap. I upgraded to new KKE fork and it was well worth it. Of course if on a budget the Zooms will work. If over 200 lbs also get a 750lb rear coil. People should keep in mind that the Sabvoton 72200 is larger than the 150 and make sure they have space for it. I just got my K-Weld and will eventually build a P42 based battery pack. Thanks again Sam for all the good info!

I got a 5kW version. The few problems i have is that the controller got a hardwired throttle delay. At 50km/h it takes a solid second to react from no to full throttle. It's less bad at slower speeds. I have to keep the throttle turned a little bit to avoid the delay. The stock Zoom front forks were completely stuck when i got the bike. But after adding some silicone oil to the seals and jumping on the bike to bottom-out the forks they began loosening up. So i have to give it silicone oil here and there to keep the forks oiled and somewhat working. They still doesn't completely lift after hitting the front brake hard. Idk if 5kW is too much for the spokes on the rear wheel, because they begin clicking after a couple of hard pulls and wheelies. So i have to retension the spokes every time i ride a bit harder than normal city commuting.

I would go through the settings in the controller and check to see if there's something causing a delay I have screenshots of mine in the so you can compare. The suron is a great all-around bike with plenty of aftermarket support. Either Bike would be fine in your environment. you may want to check your local laws some laws state that the bike must have pedals but you can add those to the suron. My opinion is at the suron is a much better hard off-road bike. I feel mine has a smoother, quieter more stable ride on the street and hard surfaces, especially at high speed.
