I'm literally sitting in an exam room waiting for the doctor to see me, when I ran across this video. My husband just moved out a few weeks ago. We've been having issues for quite some time. Anyways, I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I know it's from emotional pain....but didn't know what to do about it. Now I'm in here crying! I had been trying to be strong, so my son isn't further traumatized, but I needed to just feel it, so I can let it go. 😭😭😭 Okay, I can do this. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

you got this. You just need to feel it unconditionally without any stories in your mind. just feel it in your body FULLY. no mental judgement. Just connect to the sensation in the body

Let yourself reject it too both are ok, to feel and avoidance. That way you give yourself room to do both and and it is easier to do it, because then it is not obligatory.
✨ yea it changed my life when I learned that emotions are actually physiological sensations, & then when I really “tuned in” to that by meditating ✨
When I have my EXTREME panic attacks, most early mornings when I wake up...I listen to this message, and the understanding of what is happening calms me down. Feels like a complete lack of energy in my stomach area...like that area cant breath, if that makes sense. It feels totally miserable and like you going to pass out or even die. 🥴🤢🤮 Sometimes I dry heave but nothing comes out...😖🤦🏼♂️
You are right on, Mike. To live with lupus of the bones and arthritis, simply and well as I do, I do not just follow a healthy (& delicious) diet with immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory supplements, I also meditate daily and release any tension that may be within me. To do that I face the tension, acknowledge it and I set it free.

I am a musician and I had the same conclusion through my practice. I had to dive deeper in my feelings and I saw how body and mind are really one, and the best way to cure the mind is through the body. I am lucky enough to be able to eat, sleep properly. The need of my body are met, and why can't I just be ok? It's tension as you say, I learned to let it go. Thanks I really love you channel, because it is based on well being and not to appear a certain way to other people.

The thing is these emotions have been stuck for many years, and for some of us it's not as easy as bringing attention to them or trying to force them up and out. I'm looking for effective techniques to get them out of me because sitting with them does not make them come forward.

I saw your comment and wanted to share that l find EFT/tapping very helpful for cinnecting with difficult situatiins and emotions and releasing them from the body. Noteworthy, Pain regardless if emotional, psychological & even financial can also be Induced By Governments onto Political Targets . These usually include Whistleblowers , Key Witnesses in Establishment “ Court Cases etc …
