I'm a Father to a perfect 4 year old girl and my goodness.. I started tearing up just hearing those girls talk on stage, I love singing to my daughter and she loves it too.. I don't think I've ever teared up this quickly. Beautiful, sir! Adorable angels and even more, an amazing Dad and Father! :)

He’s done everything right in his life. Tears were pouring down my face watching this. Simply amazing.

His daughters look so proud! This is what music is all about, great lyrics and soulful voice. Stay blessed.

Wow, this was a surprisingly powerful song. Much respect for this man, you can hear his love for his daughters, the hope he has for their future and the acceptance of what may come to pass!

@@itsskylon6415 they have a whole set of instruments, microphones, materials, clothes and even disguises backstage. If it was stsge is one thing, but the guitarra has nothing to do with it 🤣 its one of the biggest shows on TV. They got more things backstage than a Walmart wear house

I'm fine, just crying tears of joy like everyone else. This song was so very emotional and to see his little angels faces of being so very proud of dad is everything. He definitely deserved the Golden Button.

Why it wasn't a golden buzzer ? This was the most organic Most genuine audition I have ever seen , tired of all the fakeness It was about time someone genuine came up _ I hope a record label signs him up _ he deserves it 💯 !!!

He should have recorded a full cover of this song just like what Calum Scott did in "Dancing on my own" then having his original song released. I think this kind of voice is what everyone love to hear. It touches the hearts of us listeners and give is comfort. The message of the song was delivered beautifully because he sang from the heart. Hope I'm not the only one who thinks like this.

Nick I've watched several of your other version of this song. Even studio versions. This is by far the best. It was unexpected, raw and so heartfelt, I have watch it again and again. Bless you Dad.

I'm glad that somebody caught that. It's something that I believe Simon has called the perfect silence. He has sucked everybody in with his singing and his songwriting and emotionally. The audiance just don't want to leave even when the song is done.

I dont even have kids, and yet I almost cried man, thats amazing...

"Father" That's all I can respond. All the power and profundity that word deserves, that man just expressed.

This song, had me bawling my eyes out! He’s clearly an amazing father, and one I wish I had! I don’t have children yet, but this was very moving! I never had a dad growing up, didn’t exactly have a mom either, so this song hit me hard! Way to go Nick! Don’t stop singing, and I hope your performance gave you back your confidence! Your mom and daughters had all the confidence in you to get up there and sing! Great job!🥺🥰

Don't worry everything will be ok. I went through the same thing, when I meet my daughter's future husband, I let him know the consequences of what would happen if he ever got out of line with my daughter. 15 years on, my daughter still tells me how much she is in love with my son-in-law. I am so lucky to have such a great guy who loves my daughter as much as I do. Just make sure you have a conversation with your future son-in-law. All the best from another dad.

I'm a dad with a little girl now and this defendantly hits me right to the heart and my tears started flowing. Cherish every little moment like this.

This got me teary eyed. WoW 🥹🥹

Have two little girls my selfs, they mean everything to me. I can't sing but i make them feel precious in other ways.

As a father of 4 children, 3 of them girls, this was so touching and beautiful. The bond between a Father and his daughter(s) is something extremely special. 💟

I think it's good that he didn't get the golden buzzer. This is all he needed. Just one incredibly special moment and a tribute to his daughters that they'll remember forever.

Safe to say he had everyone on the water works!❤ I lost my dad in 2020, and this song is absolutely moving , thank you!

Lost my dad around his birthday time the year I was going to graduate from high school. October 3rd, 2013 passed, and his birthday was the 8th of October, 1951. I can relate missing your own dad and their support/love for you.

I lost it when I saw Dec crying 🥺🥺
