She has access to all the talent anyone could ask for in a national team and gets to put her tactical knowledge on it, who wouldn’t want that? It’s like saying Carlo Ancelotti only stays at Real Madrid for the money lol

@@roathripperlmao Why is this being reported period? Who cares? Have you ever left a job for less money? Point is, if this wasn't such a tabloid question, she wouldn't have to "lie". It's literally no one's business. If you aren't paying her wages, why care? LOL

I don't see why that matters, If I switched jobs to make more money I am congratulated. The fact money is what we as a society use to judge success. She or anyone else has the right to do whatever they want and if she went for the money, congratulations lady make as much as you can.

Would you report on this if she took a job for less money? Idk one human being in any role of employment who wouldn't take another job if it offered more income. There are exceptions such as, working for an employer that uses child labor etc but all in all, every single one of us would leave for more money. Everyone at Sky would do the same. It's a shame the title isn't, Emma Hayes gets career opportunity to coach one of the world's best women's national teams. (granted they were rubbish last WC)

They WERE one of the best teams, last World Cup they were bad. I'm sure Emma didn't demand, to be the top paid Women's manager. Football is a business, anywhere in the world, these days. She's won EVERY trophy within the WSL numerous times, & The Champions League (with Arsenal), so maybe she needs a new challenge in her career? Not everyone is money minded!!

If you look at many of her past interviews, this was always going to happen. The money was always going to come for her. Coaches of women's teams are paid appallingly low amounts of money and are still expected to produce

She does love the US, so in that sense it’s been coming. But this is still Chelsea. However appauling her salary was, it was still one of the better ones in the women’s game. Not many teams and countries can afford to pay more. It might be appauling, but you can’t pay someone money that doesn’t exist.

    1. Of course the money matters, who can blame her. 2. What even is this? Every question is about the US job. 7 months to go of Chelsea’s season and every interview will be like this. Emma has moved on, the team needs to as well. Players deserve a full time coach, hire a new one.
