Everyone is always ragging on Jean Grey, totally forgetting Professor X. They only showed him once using his powers offensively, and that was to help Iceman. Even Apocalypse recognized him as the “king telepath.” Emma has that blonde ambition. She uses her powers much more than Charles, and that’s the reason she can hold her own against other telepaths, even battling such heavy hitters like the Shadowking.

Wanda effortlessly broke his neck mentally and she's not even dominantly a telepath lol. She literally had more trouble with a shield throwing acrobat girl

Emma is less of a brute strength character and more on versatility. She can do both fun things like make it look like she’s groomed to perfection in the most high fashion outfit when, in reality, she’s hungover and dressed in her pyjamas. The only way to truly outwit her is to say her roots are showing lol

One of my favourites of all time, along with Storm and Jean Grey. Emma's a telepath considered equal to Xavier who has never lost a psychic battle to anyone except Jean Grey. Emma's described as one of the top 5 telepaths, having less raw power than the likes of Jean or Nate Grey but more than most others. And her skill/finesse is practically unmatched with her being described by the writers as someone who wields her telepathy with the skill/finesse of a surgeon wielding a scalpel. She's done extremely intricate psychic surgery on telepathically resistant targets in an instant, dissecting their minds and stitching them back together in mere moments. She's been stated to be able to permanently alter someone's mind so seamlessly that no one could tell at all that it had been tampered with. She's mind controlled hundreds at a time, and erased the minds of an entire city in one go. In the comics, she's done interplanetary telepathy without any effort or assistance at all multiple times, she was capable of defeating a Skrull Hivemind trained to deal with telepaths like her and Xavier alone, and she's even managed to harm and restrain the Phoenix Force although that was her hitting her limit. For reference, the Phoenix Force is the creator of all psychic energy in the Marvel Universe. She hurt a primordial cosmic entity with its own energy, taking it down for a moment (it gets back up a few moments later and Emma falls into a coma from the blast, so it's still more powerful of course but still impressive). She's also fired purely telepathic blasts that are so condensed that they send people flying across the room and do physical damage. When she put everything into one blast, she blew up a building with her psychic blast. She's not quite an Omega anymore (her omega status was retconned), but while she is not up there with them in terms of raw power, she has repeatedly shown that she makes up for it with her skill/finesse and is capable of going toe to toe with various Omega Level Mutants on equal ground, such as Legion and Exodus. And that's just her first mutation because she's also got her diamond form as her secondary mutation.

@@dredre999 That's correct. She's an Omega Level Telepath but an Alpha Level Mutant. Same thing with Xavier. They're just so skilled and got so much finesse that they can usually go toe to toe with Omega Mutants, because they have less raw power than Omega Mutants do, but their skill/finesse makes up for that.

Becuase they outsourced the animation to japanese & korean studios and moved on from Filmation & Hannah Barbera's cheap animation

I love the video! The Uncanny X-Men is my favorite animated series of X-Men, I also love the Series 2 trading cards. The comics, cards, and shows from the ‘80s and ‘90s were the absolute best time for the X-Men and for Marvel, IMO.

I hope she’s one of the main characters in X Men 97 season 2

I don't know about the rest of the HFC but she's definitely returning. She was shown as one of the main villains in last year's comic con.

Psylocke has never been on Emma's level of telepathy. Sorry but their feats in telepathy are not close. Emma's never lost a psychic battle to anyone but Jean in the comics. Emma's done interplanetary telepathy without assistance, overwhelmed Thanos telepathically (something Moondragon, Cosmo, and Mantis combined couldn't do to a very weakened Thanos), has harmed and restrained the Phoenix Force itself, and gotten into the mind of the cosmic entity known as Death. Psylocke's biggest feat telepathically was planetary and it was a one off. Most of the time, Psylocke's telepathy is continent wide when she pushes it. I love Psylocke, don't get me wrong, but her power comes from a combination of telepathy, telekinesis, and martial arts. She's versatile. Emma is less versatile but her telepathy alone is much higher. So when they fought in Wolverine and the X-men, that was a version of Psylocke without the Martial arts or Telekinesis, so of course Emma easily defeated Psylocke there.

I love Emma Frosts’s and Jean Grey’s “Madelynne Prior” outfits. I know they had to tone them down for Fox Kids, but I’ve also seen Emma’s outfit like this in the Series 2 trading cards and some of the comics or games.

Little wingguard is a joke. Ema could have done all that herself if she were a lesbon. He can shape things in a mind he's let in and supported by another telepath's power. Any non-mutant writer could do that, and better lol.

I like it, along with Jean Grey’s “Madelynne Pryor” outfit. They toned them down for Fox Kids, but I love the strapless leotards with corsets and capes.
