"I'm brave. I'm Strong. I'm okay."
Earlier this year Emilia Cameron, age 10, was in a wheelchair with CRPS, but by April she was bouncing around on a trampoline & playing soccer.
In this interview/ video Emilia, age 10, talks about her journey of CRPS to understanding how the brain can cause physical symptoms, to healing herself through these tools.
She talks about how she didn't like talking about her feelings and how she used painting & arts & crafts - to express those feelings.
Then she also shares, in her own words, with us which MindBody tools she used to recover.
In addition, Neil talks about what it was/is like to walk with his daughter in the journey of switching from medically focused healing to targeting the brain. He says that Emilia was "trusting and a willing patient" and he sees that as one of the tools that helped her heal. "She trusted completely."
