In December last year at the European Championships, Emil Norling graced the platform once again. With his main competitor, Anatolii Novopismennyi dealing with some injuries and focussing on Sheffield, Emil walked away with the title with ease, totalling 895kg, a bit shy of his best total: 928.5kg.

105s wasn't much of a battle this year which is a shame but Emil is always great to watch!
Not his best performance but still one of the 105kg greats. Hopefully he’ll be back at full force to battle against Anatolli and Ashton at Worlds this year. Could be one of the best 105kg battles since 2016/2017 when we had Stephen Manuel, Krzysztof Wierzbicki, Garrett Blevins etc. all on the scene 🔥

@@Shane-nd7binah, but def seems like the consensus of most experts. Personally I don't think he's fully natural, but he's at least not taking enough to set off IPF testing. So can't be THAT intense of a cycle. Incredibly impressive lifter no matter what

@dylanlollar6045 Yeah cause he post his blood work a couple months ago and did at least 1 drug test before he left the fed. I was skeptical too until then cause everything seemed normal

And this will be his debut in 105 , he used to compete in 93 kg class in the past , with a best total of 747.5 kg.
