I cannot reconcile the footage of the house as it looks now compared to the home movies of Elvis and Priscilla at the ranch, with a white house in the background and white fence running along one side of the dirt road.

I've lived in the immediate area of this house for 45 years. This is at Hwy 301 and Goodman road. There has been rumors for years about fixing that whole property up. About 30 years ago the big pink building was made into a steak house. It didn't last but a few months but the steaks were delicious.

@midsouthexplorers7702 Thank you for showing this. Great job. Yes, I believe the ring should either stay there or if it were found it should be given to Riley. It would be a wonderful personal keepsake of her grandfathers. Maybe Priscilla will give hers to her as well one day. It is a shame he had to sell it. I think he felt at peace and maybe felt Jesus' Presence there. ?? It's even more of a shame that the horse seller and any others including his supposedly family and friends ( mafia) took such advantage of him. He never wanted to dicker or argue with anyone. I wonder if he knew about the price on the horses ? He was too kind. Im glad this person has plans of renovations. As of this video, I'm wondering how much has been done. Another visit might be in order to say hello to the keeper. RIP E.P.

Enjoyed the video. 163 acres is about the size of my family’s property in NW Alabama. I have many good memories of spending time there. It is kind of sad that Elvis had to part with the Circle G so soon after purchasing it.

Agreed. I speculate that if Elvis had spent more time there, there would be more motivation to revitalize the property.

I was in that house in 79 with friends they had a little set up of Elvis things. I touched Elvis robe in the small bedroom Somebody broke the footboard .walked a little way on the bridge

This is so great! I'm a huge Elvis fan. I would love a roadtrip to see this! Is it possible? Let me know! Would be great if it was restored. I guess Priscilla didn't see any profit to be made there. Please let me know if it can be toured! That's a lot of acres to maintain. I think the caretakers do a good job, think of all that grass and acres to just be mowed. I just found your channel. I saw a documentary on the ranch about six years back, and they told how Priscilla was standing on the bridge down on the pond, got into a argument with Elvis and back. Then Elvis was running around with the women of Hollywood. She pulled off her ring and threw it in the water That came from one of his close friends that was at the ranch when that happened

Yes it is, but it's just over the state line. You drive 5 minutes north and you're in Memphis, TN. I think Elvis chose this place because of its proximity to Graceland. There are two silos on the property as far as I could tell during my visit.

Shame on you! I guess you’d take a floorboard from Graceland. While I can understand the temptation, you should have left it in case someone decides to restore it, which I hope they do.

No one did as far as I know.

It was found it fell in water 💦 as he took a horses across the water thats red west and billy smith story both said in 80 and 90s but it run off water or something like that is way he sold it and he found that most was borned with horse riding by that time and he was getting a other farm and red west house had spots for there horses so things changed and more

The story at the start is not true. The ranch is in Mississippi and you wont see a cross on the ranch from Memphis. If you're standing on the Ranch what would you say something silly like that. Another lie about the truth of Elvis

I was 1st there in ‘79 and we walked the grounds but did not access the house. I believe it’s in Walls, Miss and just a short trip from Graceland. Loving Elvis Forever from Canada 🇨🇦
