No matter what he did, singing , speaking ,interviewing smiling or even just standing still , the beauty of his soul & his "down home" natural quality always touched our hearts He had a great sense of humor& was always respectful to people froml all walks of life! He treated the President of the United States the same way he treated a fan asking for an autogragh (usually while screaming!) I wish he had been treated the way he treated people! Young folks today can learn a lot from this King who always insisted that he was just Elvis! Thanks for another glimpse of this wonderful man!

However, even Elvis said, “Iv’e never agreed with that & appreciate the compliment but I am not a king, there is Only ONE KING & it is JESUS CHRIST!” Elis may have made mistakes in his life as we all do but he knew who made him and who gave him the gift! Now Elvis is with his maker, singing only to Him! 👍

@@d.b.4201 Elvis was humble enough to give credit where credit was due. It was his place to give God praise by saying he is the king of kings, giver of all gifts. Here I was merely saying that Elvis had later in his career proven himself by not limiting himself to one genre, rock and roll.

The most interesting & charismatic artist in rock music... no one really knew him, so few of these... he was so painfully shy, not inarticulate, actually very serious & deeply felt in his love of music...

No matter he was doing he always looked gorgeous.

What an Angel of a man. He was the best there will ever be ! I love you Elvis. You were a bright star that flashed across our lives and into our hearts you will remain forever the King of rock .and gospel.

He's so freaking handsome, and such a funny guy, many people didn't know just how funny he was. He had asthma, something some don't know, like the many things they don't know about him. Too many judge him for being different, and just the mean things they have to say about him. I say that if someone does not know anyone personally, they should not listen to the negative things about anyone, and just go by what they do know, he was a great singer, and he was a very funny man. Not to mention just how beautiful he really was. He's my favorite singer, actor, comedian, and person EVER, always has been and always will be, not matter what stupid people have to say. I was blessed to have seen him from 1954 until the mid '70's, and up close, he was truly an incredible man.

Obviously he was sick during this interview…coughing…also it looks like he has a cold sore on his lower lip…I wish someone he would have really trusted said look E take better care of yourself…He needed real Love 💕 which I am not sure he had around him 😢.

MissLachine, You are right, at the time of this meeting. He WAS INDEED fighting a cold! He had meds on a cold sore, his nose is runny and eyes watery. I get the same way at least 2 times a yr.

I live an hr from Longview in Shreveport. I know celebrity whos from Longview very popular now in a different industry. I live & was born & raised from Shreveport,La where he played starting off at the La Hayride & met &picked up DJ Fontana. Been here most my life except the times I spent with my dads side in Texas or the Presley family in other states when they moved from Texas to Iowa. I wish he & I would of been born around the same time. I know I would of gotten to be around him. We have alot of connections from Shreveport to family. Would of been nice to have such an amazing human being to grow up around verses what I had to grow up around as a kid. Love you my cousin wish we could of met & I hope to meet you at the end of my days when my time comes along

cafemartini I just got back from graceland they turned it into a giant gift shop with a couple of shitty places to eat ! Epe should be ashamed of what they did you had to have a bracelet to walk up on the vigil if you didnt it was 28 bucks ! I stayed at the mansion they were charging 4 bucks for a bottle of water
