In all, the concert was seen in over forty countries by close to 1.5 billion people, a global ratings smash. Never before had one performer held the world's attention in such a way. Lyrics:
Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you

@@Moondoa_ Elvis honored his fans too much to try the ultimate conspiracy - that he faked his death. “These so-called Elvis sightings are hurtful,” Esposito said. “If he were alive, Elvis would never stop singing. He would rather be dead than not be on stage, singing. But I was there, man. He’s gone. I wish he wasn’t, but he is. Elvis is gone.” I don't think he sounds anything like Elvis. I remember the good times when I was little, and every afternoon, after doing my homework, I kept playing in my room while my dad listened to his songs, sitting on the couch, after working the whole night, and usually my father would drink soda and offer me too. At that time, I didn't know rock well or had any idea how iconic Elvis Presley was/is, but today I see that I ended up becoming a fan like my father. ❤❤❤

Perfection, there is no other word to describe this beautiful man. The live version of this song always gets me; I’m not such a fan of the studio recording but when he did it live and hit that note, it gives me chills. I went to Graceland a few years ago and my husband laughs at me because I started crying the minute I heard Welcome To My World when we on the van that takes you to Graceland. He knew I was going to be fangirling the entire time. Being in his house was so peaceful and so serene, I still can’t believe I was there. I will always love Elvis. ❤️❤️
