Ойын-сауық

There's never been better acting - by anyone, anywhere - than in this scene. RIP Corrie, as it was and was always meant to be.

I've gone deep into the classic Street rabbit hole. As an American, I'm seeing these for the first time. Those early episodes were amazing. This wasn't so much a soap opera as it was a 30 minute weekly continuous play. Amazing acting, writing and camerawork.

I know right. To me it was like the 1950's Show Playhouse 90. You couldn't send Bert Bauer (Guiding Light), Nancy Hughes (As The World Turns) or even Alice Horton (Days Of Our Lives), there. They wouldn't be ready for it.

An emphatic win by ena sharples. Deep down Elsie tanner knew that ena sharples would have hated her enough to say everything in that letter to her face and ena had the same strength of character that Elsie herself had. All of the fight in elsie disappeared after the vehemence of ena's denial. She accused ena falsely and it was telling Elsie didn't challenge her as she knew ena was right.

Tony Warren was clever when he came up with the idea for Coronation Street. After the first episode aired it became a huge success and Granada Television asked him to write more episodes. Today more episodes are screened than ever before. Tony Warren has passed away but his classic creation is still loved.

I much prefer the old story lines with the squabbles and grudges and gossip that always came with apologies and cheers back at the Rovers than the modern story lines of gang rape and psycho killers. The Platt house got so grim that I had to switch it off after a while. These old clips are a comfort. Well done.

In my opinion Yes it has since the McDonald's in 1989 to the Battersbys arriving in the late 1990s(97)has gone down hill since so not watched it since 1997 ,The Early years were great times when it Broadcast in December 9th 1960 ,62 going on 63 years thats an achievement there ,Since the late 1980s ,Prefer the Annie Walker years with the Greatest Generation of legends back then ❤️
