ELO always delivered feel good music.
ELO makes you feel all sorts of things. Just now seem to be getting the credit they deserve.
That funky bassline groove, that hook in the chorus, the accompanying strings ~ pure musical gold.
ELO were really popular in Soviet Union back in 80-s especially among potheads, I was one of them

Much respect. Had no idea Russians in the 80’s loved ELO 😳
I’d forgotten what a great song with this is. Really glad you rolled with it
This song was my youth! I listened to it every day. Those were the days :)
Even though it wasn't a hit, I really like E.L.O.'s "Moment in Paradise" from the album "Zoom". Jeff's voice really soars on that track. Another beautiful and overlooked ballad from them is "Take Me On & On" from "Secret Messages". You just can't go wrong with Jeff Lynne. He is an icon and a musical genius.
One of my top 10 bands of all time. Love me some ELO.
So much more for you to hear, Jeff Lynne is a god amongst us.
I never appreciated the complexity of Jeff's arrangements when I had a first listen. There's so much to discover the more you hear the tune.
Great tune and a gorgeous lady reacting and dancing what more could a fella ask for 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I absolutely love Jeff's voice. It doesn't matter to me what kind of song he sings. I suggest "Tightrope" or "Shangri-la".
I was stationed north of London between 1986 to 1988. Sometimes I would get off work on Friday and wonder when the last train to London was running in case I wanted to go down and party for the weekend. Best time of my life!
Jayy here's the next songs that you should hear from them : "Shine a little Love", "Livin' thing", "Evil Woman", "Don't bring me down", "Confusion" "Turn to stone" " I need her Love" & "Can't Get it out of my head" , trust me you will love them all and go crazy. Ronny
Awesome reaction. Telephone line is really worth a listen as well

I had to chuckle reading your comment. Many self-described ELO "fans" seem to have slight problems with this album, as it definitely has some disco vibes to it - and it is from 1979 for sure. But when Jeff Lynne does disco, it ain't no ordinary disco. :-) Take any song from this album, or any of Jeff's songs on the Xanadu soundtrack, and they just resonate through the times. (And then in 81 he went all synthy and spacy with a time travelling/dream/subconscious psychological concept album, which was just as superb as anything else he did.) I'd love to see a reaction to Midnight Blue for a change. :-)
ELO does an amazing rendition of "Roll Over Beethoven!!

If you want to continue down the ELO rabbit hole try: Livin Thing Sweet Talkin Woman Turn to Stone Telephone Line Diary of Horace Wimp Evil Woman All over the World Do the studio versions. Jeff Lynne (the singer songwriter producer) is a genius Also, based on your final comment (and growing up in this era) you are correct Record companies (before downloading etc) had the $$ to support & develop an artist because of record sales Artists for the most part strived to be different & push musical boundries We were spoiled And concerts were only $6 !!
All Over The World will really get you moving.
'Shine A Little Love' 'Wild West Hero' 'Hold On Tight' 'Rock 'n' Roll Is King' 'Dairy Of Horace Wimp' 'Sweet Talkin' Woman' 'Confusion'
This is why I watch these videos. I haven't heard this in years. Such fun
Possibly my favourite song ever. It just takes me back to my days at university, travelling round the UK on a student pass. In those days it was usually the last train FROM London that we had to catch . . .
Thanks for taking me back I haven't heard that in forever. I like your hair. 👍✌
May I suggest "Turn to Stone" by ELO?
Dang, I forgot all about this one. How funky & fun!
Loved your reaction and energy! 😁 You really cheered me up 💕
"Shine A Little Love" is an upbeat disco feel. "Confusion" quite distinctive instrumentals and sound. Great tracks.
Jeff Lynne & ELO are my all time favourite go to singer and band....take your pick of dozens and dozens of great ELO songs Jayy....check out "Above The Clouds" ,"Wild West Hero",Turn To Stone" and "Sweet Is The Night".Enjoy.....Was there in Birmingham in 2016 to see Jeff Lynne....just awesome. Bev Bevan was the drummer Jayy.
Was waiting for that drop to make you smile, such an upbeat happy song, needed this today, thank you.
Love ELO!🎼🎶🎵🇨🇦
This track was on ELO's Discovery album and I used to play the crap out of it on the 8-track tape player in my car! Another great song on that album is "Confusion" so I would highly recommend you react to that one.
Love the shoulder action. 😂
Happy happy music. I gotta dance now!
I haven't heard this one for ages! Thanks for choosing it. Great reaction 😃
ELO brought out your big beautiful smile jay 💕
GRACIAS POR EL RECUERDO QUE ME DAS AL ESCUCHAR ESTA CANCION DE MI JUVENTUD. SALUDOS DESDE MEXICO
ELO-Jeff Lynne.... Absolutely a favorite of mine. Hands down. Need the upbeat 🎶 these days
Ahhh... ELO and the genius that is Jeff Lynne. So many great songs with multiple layers to their sound. The soundtrack to my life. Thank you for a great reaction. Jeff Lynnes ELO still touring and sounding great 👍😊
Jeff lynne is a legend , I love all your reactions🙏🏼
Jeff Lynne is the singer/songwriter/sound engineer/instrumentalist. I ADORE E.L.O. They came out in the 70's, I was a teenager!! Just FANTASTIC!!!
The Jackson Sisters, I believe in miracles. Truly feeling the funk!
Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! crank it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's all about the disco!!!!
ELO has lots of feel good songs for you to explore. Great reaction btw
Yeah that's pretty much what we did when it first started playing, the dance floor fills really fast for some songs, this was one.
That was so sweet. Loved your reaction 😄💕
Like the way you reacted, even winding the tape back after a pause to maintain the flow. Influenced by The Beatles, E L O were one of the great bands from England over the last 40 years with hit after hit. "Mr. Blue Sky" with accompanying VIDEO is a must :)
I haven't heard this song in awhile thanks for the videos and your awsome reactions!
Nice choice!
All Over The World, Sweet Talking Woman- always makes me happy to listen to these songs also.
All over the world another great track

That voice is the Genius Jeff Lynne of ELO. He wrote and produced hits by George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and the Traveling Wilbury's. He also produced the Last two Beatle songs in 1994, Real Love and Free as a Bird.
Wait till you do ELO's - All Over The World (flashmob video). Get them dancin' shoes ready Jayy!
Dang! I loved this song when it came out!
I love your reaction. You are Hella adorable/gorgeous. Great interpretation of the feeling you have with the music. Vibe with those funky grooves ✌❤
U go GIRL!I saw your shoulder's moving!💃♥️👍
Ooh, ELO! How about "Sweet Talkin' Woman" "Telephone Line" "Strange Magic" or "It's A Living Thing?" I looked for Smashing Pumpkins and didn't see any. "Tonight Tonight" is awesome, and has a stunning video based off a 1902 film. I usually hate music videos, but this is an exception.
Get those handy dandy headphones around ELO All Over The World. Pure happiness.
Timeless
All the other bands 1 0r 2 good songs ELO go on and on and on. You mention the drums but the bass guitar was the lead on this song, no other band gave the base the lead. Thank you Geoff Lynn, the 5th beatle.
Once you listen You can't stop it
All over the world!
Check out their You Shine A Little Light. That's a very happy, upbeat song by ELO too
love your hair you look goooood girl and keep up the good job
heck yeah good one...AKA Lowrider
I love drums, so I love Bev Bevan 💙 Try Don't Bring Me Down Jayy 💙🎶✊

We can only for nights like this again when this lock down is over they were happier times love ELO
They are singing falsetto though right ? Great disco song though, a classic. Awesome group !
Great album... 'Discovery'... Title of the album nicknamed by Richard Tandy the keyboard player - 'Disco - very'... 'Discovery'! Jeff Lynne's vocals... unmistakable!

@@eggy1962 searching for horace wimp reaction, gave at least three results, by kel-n-rich, an 11-year old girl called Amelia, and chef cookie. Also "tres (something? Narcisse?)" has a review of half of Discovery, which I believe includes TDOHW.
I've always thought it has elements of "Boogie Nights" by Heatwave but it's definitely different enough to be enjoyable.
Love the Red Jayy
You r beautiful and that's the music 🎶 I grew up listen to
you just cannot go wrong with any ELO song
last train to london belongs to 1979 "discovery" album.
I enjoy your reactions to music before computers, when you had to play your instruments, create your sounds...no samples, no autotune, just get it...
Strange magic is a really good ELO song.
Face the music is their best album, hey jayy
☮️💜
ELO is great.. ♠W.G.
Ahhh - that was a floor filler :D Such fun
You like this one you will like Shine a Little Love from the same album Discovery. The album was called Discovery because the keyboardist said the album was 'Very Disco' hence Discovery.
hard to beat this band
You should listen to Seinabo Sey, Pistols at Dawn and Jaguar Wright, What If.
Zlike your hair jayy😘🇬🇧
Atomic Kitten does a great job sampling this song (Be With you)

Jayy. I have to say, Girl I love your reactions to some of my favourite classic music from Black Sabbath to Elo. Try Fiona Apple I love her confessional songwriting and her smokey voice. But I guess shes not everyones taste bu tt i think all her songs are classics. 🥰
Try Telephone line 😁👍🇬🇧✌️🙏
Bev Bevan on those skins.
