Hi Ella, I have always viewed you as a force of nature ... A huge vocalist with an one-of-a-kind vocal instrument. Maybe it was the TV show, but I have mis-identified you as a big belter ~ I overlooked Missed obviously. Indie as a genre' is likely the fastest growing facet of music now and in the foreseeable future. Even though the sound historically wasn't called Indie, it has been my lifetime favorite. Ella, you write and compose beautiful ballads. Surprising likely only to me, Indie appears to be a home base for you. However, you creatively bring different colors to the palette of this genre of music. It is gorgeous. It is intriguing. You are absolutely brilliant. Thank you for revealing yourself a couple of years ago. That took courage. The music industry will be transformed by your art over the next couple of decades. :)

She is, and so young! When I first heard her, I thought she was Kelly Clarkson! Ella obviously has a lot of talent, she really touches the heart and soul, her songs are deep and she has an air of maturity about her. I hope she never sells out. :)

and here we are in 2022.. as a mother of a child on the autism spectrum, this song says it all to me.. I cry every time as I sing along.. I loved Ella from the first moment I heard her sing Cher in her in her very own, magical way and I'm still in love with her beautiful, soulful content and her incredible voice.. she is a blessing❤

Ghost was her debut single. This song has not been released as a single (as of yet anyway). I love each and every song on her album, I feel any of them could do well as a single. Really hope she releases more from the album. She deserves more success from the album.

Wow what a beautiful song and I looooove this video. It is amazing to see Ella enjoying herself at Hard Work,/promoting/ composing/practicing/singing and having fun doing all this Had Work but what i like the most in this video is that she look her age(a teenager) because sometimes she is so dedicated a her work and do so well in interviews that we forget she is a teenager, she look so mature. Bravo Ella. Never give up singing because the world need a Ella Henderson XXXX

This is one of the best ballads Í've heard in ages. It sums up how relationships can be - up and down. Yay - a song that's a reality check at last! The melody is beautiful, the vocals, at times tremble with honesty...she soars, she dips. .....Ella puts so many popular singers to shame with her voice - it actually has individuality. Brilliant!

Love this girl. A rare case when luck doesn't factor in at all. This is pure talent and she would have made it no matter what. Good work Ella! Lots of respect from Denmark.

This song is underrated as I don't know what. I can't wait to hear more from this angel of a voice.

I keep thinking "last time" but then the song ends and I press replay. This song is so amazing, like every other song by Ella Henderson!

Everything she does, every word that she sings is just so beautiful and amazing. Any man she choices to be with one day, is one lucky guy that I hope appreciates everything she is. I know I would. Shes so talented and I cant wait to see where she goes from here. Shes a star that's as bright as the sun.

This song deserved so much more credit than it got. Extremely underrated.

What I love about most of the contestants that don't win is that they work harder to ensure that their music is heard. I love this track and it's always on repeat when I'm revising because it calms me down. She's not the next Adele, she's Ella.

One of my Top 10 Favorites of ALL TIME. She hit the sentiment perfectly. For me, Ella's up there with Adele.

What an awesome talent. A totally true musician - effortlessly brilliant, made possible because she loves the music first.

One of my favorite new artist! She should sing a duet with Sam Smith ! :D

I have just discovered Ella, but every song of her keeps me hooked. I can't really figure out what it is, but at least she's got so much emotion in her voice! Incredible, not many singers have this talent. Singing is not only about singing the right notes, but more importantly about the emotion it comes with!! :)

Best song on your CD....amazing voice...give us more like this. I think your singing voice rates with Marvin Gaye and Sam Cooke, the two greatest singing voices ever...and now you. What a lovely comment. I love it when I see men mention their wives like that. I can't explain why but the way you said 'WE' meaning your wife, just makes me think awwwww you're both really in love and really see eachother as your other half. Not many people have such a good relationship in this day and age. Aisha Nuttall I was referring to my wife and myself - We have 2 older than Ella and a daughter younger. All we done was wished Ella all the best to her future, considering she has come so far a short period. Her album "Chapter One" does have some really good songs, and the way she writes her own songs is very original and makes you think back to when you were young. In my life time I have nearly died three times, and I am still in cancer remission now. Other operations I had to rely on my wife and children because of the recovery period being nearly a year. When you get older you appreciate things in life a lot more. Ella has a unique voice which is strong and powereful, and some of songs are very catchy, she reminds us of someone that is from the 80's, and unlike any other artist of today's era.

I have never been so proud of someone (apart from UJ). Since 2012 off the x-factor and taking a year out off the business and you've come back on a high. You have come so far and you're just climbing up the charts. When glow was number one I was away and I never been so proud in my life. I'm such a big fan off your music & I hope you'll be doing a tour with his album because I will be buying a ticket. I'm so proud xx

simply amazing! I hope you are reading these comments Ella, i dont remember any singer getting the number of responses you do saying how you have the greatest singing voice ever. Do you get it? Your gift is above and beyond anything i have heard before. When you really use your voice people cannot help but respond as they are. You need more songs like this one and Hold On, where you let it out to roar! You have the voice to be one of the all time best...a classic...timeless....you just need the right songs.
