The look on big guys faces when Anatoly moves a bar to clean underneath is priceless, honestly I'm laughing out loud. And it's nice to see that after the initial shock they laugh too. Anatoly may not be a big man, but he is a seriously strong man. Respect.

He's built better than the rest really, just not as bulky as many. Technique crucial in some case too particularly *how* he launches barbell overhead, I've slow played and analyzed those moves, he straight-arms while using legs to initiate momentum, feet leaving the ground sometimes as he tosses it up, get's underneath using *legs* again and *straight-arming* it overhead. Most of equal strength couldn't get single hand overhead lk that bc it takes special practice. They'd be able to hold it there but not get it there.

I like how my dude checks to make sure the weights are real for the 5th time. Completely dumfounded, had me rollin. 'This guy thought he was working out his arms and I can barely squat this much.'

Your broken English in your videos is what makes them great. Being goofy and talking to yourself is fantastic. The expressions on the faces of your victims as you pretend to be dorky and as you surprise them with your lifting abilities is a hoot. I would suggest showing you telling them they have been pranked, that would be interesting also.

Haha what's funny though is the broken English is him learning English. All his uploads from a year or more ago are all in Russian/Ukrainian. He finally realized those two countries are worthless and started learning English, American, so he can actually be appreciated

They all let him. A nerd i'd fully help him, many times he pushes bench bar and they don't even hold it which amazes me why they didn't? Like doing 100kg+ on a bench press even if he manages to lift them then falling on his chest is near immediate death if he can't slow down the fall. It's the only time I'm thinking, like other comments, if at least some of the pranks are faked. Otherwise i believe 90% are real cuz there is nothing risky he is doing to not believe 90%+ are legit.

6:05 how they don't let him?? I mean maybe bad example cuz he didn't started a convo with him, but many times where he talks then they just let him bench press it. Again, biceps curls or similar i would let him try, the most he can do is break arms but his life will be safe. But bench press ..

I like pranks that dont't annoy people, but in the end everybody smiles. And also there are so many nice people out there who don't want poor cleaner to get hurt by too heavy weights. Nice videos.

is he repping 405? I can't tell if the plates are 45 or 25/35 plates. Normally people in gyms use 45s instead of stacking 25/35s?
