Pro lifters have no ego. They KNOW they are the best and that is how they get to be the best. Arnold used to destroy his competition by working out for longer and harder that the next guy. Watch "Pumping Iron" to see Arnold in action at his peak. Body building and power lifting are 2 different things altogether.

Old retired (disabled) female, here. Love these videos..I'm fascinated. Grew up on farm and avid horse rider, working hard, but eating very healthy. Tall and very strong. Also extremely hyper. Over the years, worked shoulder to shoulder with the men, and would go to the gym after. I found it addictive. A great way to burn all my energy. Today, have destroyed my hips, arthritis lower back. Pain every day..even just walking. But I would do it again. All my scars, my badge of honor. Much respect. 🙏

I realize that you will never see this but I wish I met you 25 years ago. I am a 62 year old disabled man who lost use of my right arm in an auto accident that left me a quadriplegic.
