patience should not equal safety. a responsible trainer would've put their foot down for him not to attempt that weight since an average person would've easily hurt themselves. they're the ones in charge, not the client.

This isn't just a prank, but it also helps promote what the gym has and how professional the gym goers are. In most scenarios, it shows how properly they treated a newcomer and how good the gym facilities are too. This is, in effect, an excellent reflection, advertisement, and promotion of the gym.

The trainer girl was amazingly sweet to him. So rare ❤

This guy is a freak of nature. There can't be more than a handful of people his size or smaller with as much strength in the entire world - maybe none. I wonder if he has some subtle understandings and training methods that go beyond just being genetically gifted. Even fanatical hard work and dedication for a long time for most people will not yield strength like this dude. Per pound the guy has to be among the strongest people on the planet. Mad respect!

strength is trainable the same way IQ is trainable. but this kind of information is gate-kept very well hence why no one knows about it. not only that but no one actually believes it either so no one is bothered to do the research themselves.

@@julienfutbol5780 Strength is trainable, a ton of guys get big and strong in the gym undoubtedly. But you can't show me anybody else Anatoly's size who is as strong as he is, b/c there isn't anybody else like him. Just like guys can get really good at basketball if they work really hard and have good coaching, none turn out to be as good as Michael Jordan b/c some people are simply gifted beyond what determination can produce. I hear what you are saying, I'm sure Anatoly knows his stuff and works crazy hard, but there is only one Anatoly. His methods are not going to produce a second unless he finds somebody incredibly gifted genetically the way he is. I'm sure guys can get pretty strong doing whatever he does, but to be like him, THAT strong... unless they are super huge guys way bigger than him, not a chance. Just my opinion, to be convinced I am wrong I would need to see somebody else who he trained who isn't bigger than him who can lift like he does. I'll believe that when I see it! Peace to you, no disrespect to your comment intended. I've trained a lot in my life and used to be a pretty strong guy for my weight, but could never be like that guy... my body is not meant to lift that much weight, period. Esp with a disc issue in my back from 20 years ago.

@@julienfutbol5780 Nope. Strength is definitely trainable, but to rise to this level you need to be a freak of nature in addition to being a dedicated worker. In all my years of weightlifting I met just one guy who had genes like this. When he entered the gym for the first time in his life, he was half my weight and as strong as I had become after 3 years of pumping iron, him with zero experience.

14:19 "You're a champion" is my favorite part of this video. The way he said it; so genuine, so shocked, like he was in amazement that he just found a champion in the wild. It's really good.

Im just amazed at how nice these body builders are to him. There must be some "gym code" out there they follow. This is really good to see...people with extraordinary patience, caring, and commitment to help someone. I would walk in that gym just to shake their hands.

Just depends how used to gym and life you are. There are actually a good handful of douchebags in the gym. I remember there was this failed boot camp marine at a gym I used to go to who thought he was the scariest most badass dude on the planet, always staring and mean mugging people. He got arrested and banned for life because he pulled out a kitchen knife in some guy in the locker room. Not every gym bro is cool, but most of them are really cool.

I love these videos. Never imagined personal trainers being this kind to non-gym people/newbies. I think they should get honorable mentions and have their names put out there with contact info. These people have been vetted and it is a business for them.

Looked like he was just tuggin on it to get an idea of how heavy it was to see if it was fake or not. He might not have been able to lift it, but at the same time he looks like it’s definitely a possibility he could at least get one or two reps bare minimum.

The truth is that none of us are good people and we NEED God's grace to make it to heaven. We judt simply cannot do it on our own. These Commandments arecalled the Moral Law. You and I broke the law, Jesus payed the fine. So now what we must do to be saved is to repent of our sins and trust alone in Jesus Christ!! To repent doesn't mean to just say I'm sorry, but to turn to Jesus and let Him truly be our Lord continually. If He is our Lord, He will lead us away from sin and into righteousness. He said that many will say to Him, Lord, Lord I have done all of these things for you. And He will say I never knew you. Depart from Me, ye who work iniquity! And those will be cast into outer darkness and raging hellfire and loneliness for all of eternity!!! Because we broke His law, He is very, very just to send us to hell. If someone had murdered 4 people and said to the judge, I've done nice things too and have tried to treat people nice but it was just one time, the judge would then say, okay but you're going to jail. And the judge is very just to do that. One last thing, if you were 10,000 feet in the air and you had to jump, you wouldn't jump out and flap your arms and try to save yourself. That's ridiculous! You would put on the parachute. It is the same with Jesus. You must trust Him as you trust the parachute. We are not good and we cannot save ourselves with our own goodness. We must trust alone in Him to save us. In just a moment of time you can pass from death to life. Jesus said, "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again." That is how we enter heaven. Through the blood and grace of Jesus Christ!!!!✝️If you ask someone how to enter Heaven, they will most likely say, "Be a good person." Well the Bible says that “none is good, no not one.” We like to compare ourselves to guys like Hitler and say, "Hey, I'm a pretty good guy compared to him." But when we compare ourselves to God's standard, we realize that the Bible speaks truth when it says that we all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God!!! When we see this (our sin in its true light)we see how much trouble we are in and we say, "Well then there's nothing I can do. I'm going to hell for sure then." It's true that there is nothing that WE can do, but there is something that has already been done for you! God sent His One and Only Son to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins! So to recieve that eternal sweet sweet forgiveness, all we must do is repent of our sins (meaning to continually turn from them and confess them) and trust alone in Christ as you trust a parachute. If I was to push you out of an airplane, you'd want the parachute for sure! Don't try to flap your arms and save yourself, trust in the parachute! His finished work on the Cross IS ENOUGH!! He is the only way to Heaven, He said it Himself!! These other religions teach that we must he good and do good things and then maybe if we've been good enough, we will enter Heaven. But if that is true then we are all doomed to eternal hell because none of us are good. That's why this makes sense. Look at the Ten Commandments, they are written on your heart right now!! I promise that you have violated them. And you might still be doing that today. Therefore God is just to poor out His wrath on us because we deserve it!!! But Christ died for us so that we can spend eternity in Heaven with Him! Turn to Him today, and He and only He will save your soul "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again ( to go to Heaven)."✝️The true joy of Christ dwells in me!!! Does it in you? I know where I'm going when I die! Do you? I have an ETERNAL victory! Do you? I have more joy than ever because of what Christ has done. I have been down both roads. The road of the wicked and the road of Christ. Christ is way better and my cup runneth over with true joy and salvation. If you do not know the One true God and are not sure of your salvation, I promise He will never fail you. Turn to Him in repentance and faith. Love you man!! I've always been small , 107 lbs thru high school. My dad had a television shop and i carried a lot from an early age. Been athletic also ! I love the courage of this guy, because i was there! Respect respect respect!!

These people deserve a hand for their patience. You bring them to the point where i would have just said, ok youre done dude. They let it go on for an excruciating period of time. The pay off is worth it though. Every single time, these guys minds are just blown. Nice work.

I seen fear in a lot of the big guy's eyes lol I also see a lot of them look like they were taught their whole lives that bigger meant stronger. Than this little apologetic guy comes out of nowhere and blows that theory away.

It's so beautiful to see how cool and nice everyone was to him. Not showing anger or frustration of any kind. God bless them! We need more people like them.

In my humble opinion these awesome gym instructors deserve a medal for patience. I feel humbled by the wonderful way they used with this man. I recommend this gym to everyone.

Gym guys are always cool. When they see another person with good body they make eye contact, smiles, in a word show respect.

The guy in the dark-blue sleeveless shirt is Coach Ray, a great figure in the armwrestling world. It's nice seeing how helpful all of these people are, another amazing video.

The best part is that u finally showed us the reactions after revealing the prank

What I really like about this video is how everyone was genuinely trying to help. That support is really what makes a hell lot of a different!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share some good news with you all. Let's just put it this way, the Ten Commandments are called the Moral Law. Ask yourself this. How many lies have you told? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever used God's name in vein? Have you ever hated someone or ever looked with lust? This is for you to judge yourself, but chances are that you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, fornicating, adulterer at heart and you HAVE to face God on judgement day. Now ask yourself this. If God judges you on judgement day by these Commandments, will you be innocent or guilty? Of course you'll be guilty because we've all done these things. The truth is that none of us are good people and we NEED God's grace to make it to heaven. We judt simply cannot do it on our own. These Commandments arecalled the Moral Law. You and I broke the law, Jesus payed the fine. So now what we must do to be saved is to repent of our sins and trust alone in Jesus Christ!! To repent doesn't mean to just say I'm sorry, but to turn to Jesus and let Him truly be our Lord continually. If He is our Lord, He will lead us away from sin and into righteousness. He said that many will say to Him, Lord, Lord I have done all of these things for you. And He will say I never knew you. Depart from Me, ye who work iniquity! And those will be cast into outer darkness and raging hellfire and loneliness for all of eternity!!! Because we broke His law, He is very, very just to send us to hell. If someone had murdered 4 people and said to the judge, I've done nice things too and have tried to treat people nice but it was just one time, the judge would then say, okay but you're going to jail. And the judge is very just to do that. One last thing, if you were 10,000 feet in the air and you had to jump, you wouldn't jump out and flap your arms and try to save yourself. That's ridiculous! You would put on the parachute. It is the same with Jesus. You must trust Him as you trust the parachute. We are not good and we cannot save ourselves with our own goodness. We must trust alone in Him to save us. In just a moment of time you can pass from death to life. Jesus said, "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again." That is how we enter heaven. Through the blood and grace of Jesus Christ!!!!✝️If you ask someone how to enter Heaven, they will most likely say, "Be a good person." Well the Bible says that “none is good, no not one.” We like to compare ourselves to guys like Hitler and say, "Hey, I'm a pretty good guy compared to him." But when we compare ourselves to God's standard, we realize that the Bible speaks truth when it says that we all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God!!! When we see this (our sin in its true light)we see how much trouble we are in and we say, "Well then there's nothing I can do. I'm going to hell for sure then." It's true that there is nothing that WE can do, but there is something that has already been done for you! God sent His One and Only Son to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins! So to recieve that eternal sweet sweet forgiveness, all we must do is repent of our sins (meaning to continually turn from them and confess them) and trust alone in Christ as you trust a parachute. If I was to push you out of an airplane, you'd want the parachute for sure! Don't try to flap your arms and save yourself, trust in the parachute! His finished work on the Cross IS ENOUGH!! He is the only way to Heaven, He said it Himself!! These other religions teach that we must he good and do good things and then maybe if we've been good enough, we will enter Heaven. But if that is true then we are all doomed to eternal hell because none of us are good. That's why this makes sense. Look at the Ten Commandments, they are written on your heart right now!! I promise that you have violated them. And you might still be doing that today. Therefore God is just to poor out His wrath on us because we deserve it!!! But Christ died for us so that we can spend eternity in Heaven with Him! Turn to Him today, and He and only He will save your soul "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again ( to go to Heaven)."✝️The true joy of Christ dwells in me!!! Does it in you? I know where I'm going when I die! Do you? I have an ETERNAL victory! Do you? I have more joy than ever because of what Christ has done. I have been down both roads. The road of the wicked and the road of Christ. Christ is way better and my cup runneth over with true joy and salvation. If you do not know the One true God and are not sure of your salvation, I promise He will never fail you. Turn to Him in repentance and faith. Repent means to confess and forsake your sins, never turning back to them. I tried changing on my own but I couldn't. It took the power of Christ on the inside of me to do it for me. He will give you a new and clean heart with new and clean desires and you shall be born again. A new creation in Christ Jesus!!! Hallelujah!!!! Jesus said in order to enter the Kingdom of God, you must be born again!! Thank you Lord Jesus!✝️

Bro was stunned at that deadlift he couldn't keep his eyes off the bar and the amount of weight he just picked up like nothing!! And he was like, "Let me try, no, it's not fake!!" That was priceless because he couldn't believe how much he just picked up!!!

The trainers are all very nice, professional and kind. The lady especially. Great people.

To start with I am not at all a gym goer. I prefer to do my working out in more unconventional places. But I love this guy's energy. It is so positive so adorable so fun loving and he proves that you do not have to be huge to be extremely strong. I love everything hes doing keep it up man. Instant. Subscribe had me laughing because his laugh is so infectious lol. I would love to work out anytime with this fun loving guy so awesome.😂😂😂😂
