I'm from Brasil and I never saw anything negative in gyms, most people nust mind their own business (usually wirh 1 friend that go together) or if you interact its always nice. Maybe they'll give you bad advice though, not because they want to sabotage you, a lot of people just have the weirdest ideas about health.

Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ died on a cross for you because He loves you so much. He then rose up from the dead three days later The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross. By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free Gift.

People have the misunderstanding that more muscles means you are stronger. Many of these guys didn't gain it naturally, they use things to blow their muscles up. So they look really big but more often then not, those muscles aren't trained that well thus they can't lift as much as you think they can by the looks of it. The gym I go too, the owner isn't super muscular either, yet he trains every day and can lift quite a lot of weight.

I was a janitor at my gym for 4 months. I worked very hard and did more than I should have because I really appreciate how the gym helps me mentally. I know that it’s like that for others as well, and I wasn’t expecting anything in return for doing my job, but maybe 3 people ever thanked me out of the hundreds that saw me regularly and it made me feel worthless. I’ll probably never forget the faces of the few that were kind to me. I really appreciate your comment it made my day.

Definitely don’t shave my brother; stay strong, fit, and encouraging and motivating to others. That is all we need!

I never grow tired of seeing the reactions to the one-handed lifts with the broom in the other hand. 🤣

It's not just that he's not as massive as the people he's pranking. It's how easy he makes it seem.
