I was a cleaner in my teens working for my father you would be surprised how strong your core, chest and shoulders gets from mopping floors and old floor buffing machines I didn't need a gym to gain strength it was more than enough

I don't know why I love this so much I generally don't watch comedies at all buy Anatoly has got me hooked these videos are absolutely hilarious and great I spent hours watching them and I still can't figure out why he just seems like such a genuine gray guy

Anatoly is the perfect example of how smaller dense muscles are much stronger than huge muscles that have less dense muscle fibers, it's amazing how much strength he has in his compact frame
