Here can we explain wether decaying magnetic field causes electric field and vice versa. This is said to be true in near field radiation ,say in reactive field ( as in case of transformer induction), but in far field of radiation the timing relation seems not honored or one causing the latter seems conflicting. Am I missing. Could you please throw more light on this?
