    for sure you still have air in their... you actually need to pump it after refilling new brake fuild by pulling the lever for several times to let bubbles out while the bucket is still attached... you dont need to push or inject brake fluid again and again... LOL

    You mean like this? kzread.info/dash/bejne/h5OTm5Oucdq_gZM.html Yeah, that doesn't work every time. I had so much air in the lines I would have been pumping that lever for hours. I used almost a whole bottle of mineral oil. The brakes feel brand new, there's no air in there.

    Another tip when removing the caliper, don't unbolt it from the alignment bolts because then you will have to realign the caliper from scratch. Unbolt the 2 bolts that face away from the scooters wheel. Why not take that bolts from the alignment side of the breaking system you ask? On some scooters you have spacers that are on that bracket for height clearance and you may either forget how many are on their. So the bolts you want to remove will always face away from your ride, so if they face towards your scooter, up, down or another direction than away then do not try it. Plus if your calipers are aligned correctly from the beginning, realigning it will be a pain.

  • @GingerOnWheels

    @GingerOnWheels

    7 ай бұрын

    That's a good tip. But it's also not hard to just squeeze the brake lever while tightening the two bolts. That will also realign the brake caliper.

    @@GingerOnWheels I have a Vsett 11+ and i agree. The light it comes with is great but having more is never a bad idea. I'm using the exact same one you're using. Sometimes i prefer being seen than hope the built in light is enough. I think everyone should have 1 or more extra light. The extra light actually saved me once. I had an issue one time while riding at night where i lost power and the ability to accelerate while the headlight were on. Everything was flickering and the headlight wasn't lighting up. I was no where near voltage cutoff and had plenty of juice left. That was super no bueno because it's dark and the throttle wasn't responding. Thankfully i was near a sidewalk. I ended up riding without the stock headlight because it wasn't communicating well with the display so i used the external one. Came in clutch. I solved my problem by looking up and solution in the manual and all i did was unplug the connector from under the display and reconnect it. That fixed it. No problem since. Edit: Btw my display is the newer one that doesn't have it's own voltage readout. Wish it did because the battery indicator is terrible to go by. Have have to cycle through the settings until i have it set to voltage. Probably the one good thing the old display had going for it. One quick look and you know how much power you got left.

    Hey ginger i recently change my right brake lever of my GTR and after replacing the lever all lights won't turn on, I check the protection fuse and is good not burn, do you know why is happening? I been having issue with the right brake lever since i bought I been in co tact with voro motors since then, recently they send me a new brake caliper and line but not brake lever, I replace the caliper with the new brake line took my scooter for a ride and air keeps getting inside the brake line, I decide to buy the brake lever and my issue got fixed but after installing the new brake lever all lights won't turn on brake, headlights, turn signal light and horn none that work all I hear is a small click when pressing the button to turn it on any guess I'm still waiting for voro motors response

    That's a really weird problem. I can't think of anything having to do with the brakes that could've shorted out the whole system for the lights. Maybe just sheer coincidence? Maybe you spilled brake fluid on your controllers? I'll leave that troubleshooting to Voro. Without looking at it in person my only advice would be to replace the controller. 🤷

    the first thing you should do is replace those crappy zoom brakes. And so the brake fluid will sooner or later start leaking from them

    Best Mineral Oil for Breaks ?? BABY Oil. If you ever have a leak you will smell it due to the added scent. But mineral oil is very moisturizing and non harmful to everything. Mineral oil also prevents Rust on blades, firearms, and any metals. Mineral oil keeps plastics & rubber from drying out due to UV Radiation. Mineral Oil is Great 👍 it's Food Safe 👍
