Corporate and individual election are not antithetical.

Transitioning from an individual concept of Election to a corporate concept has taken me years. We don't realize how deeply ingrained the Calvinistic hermeneutic is an our culture. It's the air we breathe. I don't remember when I first learned that there was another way of interpreting Romans 9, Ephesians 1, etc., but I'm grateful for having learned it! I don't say this lightly, but it truly has been transformative in the way I read scripture, and perceive God. Thank for this clip!

Do I need to watch this or what?

Jesus is Israel and thus the One and only Elect. We have election only by Grace and Mercy given to us through faith (convinced and convicted trust) in the Messiah.

utterly wrong. love and faith are ONLY done by individuals corporate entities can act but the motive of the deed, and it is the motive that shows who is saved, is revealed in the lives of the individuals involved a church claiming corporate salvation is one which want corporate control of your life

You seem to have misunderstood what was being said in this video. Perhaps watch it again all the way through...and note the part about branches and those Israelites in the desert.
