Black & Decker but you can also use Kitchen aid and others Depending on where you live you can find it in any departmental store or you can order it on Amazon but be sure to ensure that it is the speck you want. Thank you for watching and i apologize for the late response

What if I don't have a steamer? How do I put them in the pot? Pls

Just the same way you will put moi moi in the pot, pour water in the pot 1st, place it on the stove, then arrange the Ekuru inside, then you watch for the water not to dry so it does not burn. I apologize for the late response. I will be responding more often now

I usually dont use meat or anything. There is no meat or the likes inside it but you can put meat if you like Thank you for watching and i apologize for the late response

You don't add salt, oil or anything to ekuru. You get the flavour from the sauce and you can sprinkle some salt on it after you have dished it in the plate .

@@Maderike1 u don’t add anything to d ekuru. D yummyness comes from d sauce. She missed a lot on her sauce like pomo, dry fish, crayfish, or shrimp
