Finally, the best ekuru video I have seen on KZread. It has to be thoroughly mixed to allow enough air so that it can come out fluffy and nice. God bless you jare

@@TheAbisola I actually tried it yesterday but some part felt like the real Ekuru while some part were like moimoi. I think maybe I didn't mix with my mixer for a longer time. Or what do you think

Job well done, kudos. Please I used my hand mixer to mix my ekuru too but it doesn't come out fluffy, like how many minutes did you use in mixing with hand mixer? I await your response
@TheAbisola

Hi Shukurat sorry for the late response 🙏🏾I think you should mix it from low to high. Also, it should take you about 15mins. Also, the beans you used was it well blended and smooth ?
please Bisola can you make Ekuru for me I love it so much maybe 10 to 12 wraps

It will take about 30-40mins you can let it cool down a bit before eating this will let it be firmer. Let me know if this worked.
So they don't use to put salt in the ekuru?

Yes u can actually add salt and onions only. This is her own style, wondering why she said no. I cook with salt and onions very nice plus it’s very bad to consume uncooked salt.✌️
You added nothing to the blended beans ?

Ekuru is not meant to be spiced
The problem here is that you only talked too much about yourself. The person that was showing us the ingredients of the ekuru sauce was picking up the ingredients one by one, instead of you concentrating on giving us the names as she was picking them up, you were busy talking about irrelevant points of the ekuru you bought in Lagos instead. I believed you saw all these points before the video was uploaded. Common remove this and re-upload an educative one, you actually picked a very good "how-to-prepare" food.
