Dear sister , it reminds me back 51 years ago , when east Pakistan & west Pakistan was together. I was a little boy from Dhaka old town , we used to live together side by side people from Karachi, Lahore Islamabad was our neighbor. We used to get invited occasionally each other house like marriage ceremony, dua mehfill , khatna etc. During those days they served us same delicious firni in the clay pot.. " ye daulat vee ley lo ye shohrat vee ley lo"

Boil 1.5 liters of milk Take 1 cup of milk in a bowl , add 1 cup of sugar ( separate at least 2 spoons of sugar to be use in last ), 1 cup of rice flour, 1 cup of milk powder for viscosity ( otherwise you can skip it) and one tablespoon of custard powder . Mix it well Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and mix it well untill it becomes more viscous Add kewra essence and cardamom (ilaichi) powder Melt the 2 spoons sugar in a pan that you have separated already in a pan and then add it to the firni Add dry fruits and mix and your firni is ready Wlcm in advance ☺️
