I tried this recipe today and it was amazing. I didn't have rusk at home so I used biscuits and cup cake. The quantity of kheer was much greater than normally cooked with 1.5l milk. But the taste was same as you have cooked milk for hours.

Rice ki quantity less na Karen. Papa mixture daalne ke bad wese b chawal ka taste gayab honayega aur papa taste zyada ayega

Yeh lajeej kia hota hai lazeez is the correct word kia aap cheese/cheez ko cheej bolti ho.. indian songs main tu sahi words use kartey ho ap log..
