I do the same thing with rabdi for kulfi but I don't add milk powder and that caramel.....while grinding bread I add some salted roasted peanuts......then bilkul uska taste bazar wli kulfi ke trha ho jati hai....my family loves it....even my husband and daughter don't know that this is sasta kifayati and easy rabdi

Menay koi 3-4 martaba banai hy. Meray husband ko rabri jesi hi lagi. Main khud meethay ki shauqeen nahi hun tau menay bas chakhi. Lekin mjhy bhi rabri jesi lagi. Lekin meray khayal sy bread k taste py bhi depend kerta hy. Bread meethi ho ya uska apna koi taste ho tau us sy bhi taste py faraq parta hy
