Ingredints
Dry ingredients
1 1/4 cup maida ( all purpose flour)
1/4 cup corn flour / Mango custard powder ( or replace with maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt ( avoid if using salted butter)
Wet ingredients
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup butter / oil
1/4 cup sugar ( adjust according to sweetness of mangoes)
1 cup mango pulp
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk ( Little more or less depending on the mango pulp consistency)
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits
