eggs are good on everything - I love them on roasted asparagas or sauted mushrooms - I have not done this with the tomatoe sauce - but it looks really yummy - thanks Lidia - I have a friend I visit in a small town in Alberta - she is 89 and Italian - wonderful lady - anyway - she watches your videos daily because we talk about them

I like this method of eggs in tomato. But instead, I use stewed tomatoes with Italian seasoning. I think I know what I'm having for breakfast. I'd make it now if it wasn't so late😉.

Just the way I love my eggs: with the yolk uncooked, pouring out when I break it. I would serve them over a steaming plate of white rice !!! = )

I ordered shakshuka in a trendy restaurant without having had it before. It was very spicy and quite enjoyable. Never heard of it before, and never seen it on any menu before or since. Guess I have to go back to the one place in the city where I know it is prepared

I cook 5 min for firm yolks
I don’t know that I have ever had eggs in an Italian dish- never even associated the two. I do love eggs- and Italian food. I will definitely try this recipe tomorrow
