I love fried rice but I can never make it right. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I've had trouble myself. I can cook some complicated things and this shouldn't be complicated, but I can not get it right. You really do need over night rice for sure though. Fresh will just stick. Perhaps the high heat is key, as anything I use can not be that high or temp change that quick. Maybe the pan? His wok looks non-stick natural or otherwise, plus he used oil. My pan is not non-stick. Plus he has a practiced hand.

Spring onion, finely chopped carrot, peas, 2 eggs, rice, cooking oil, soy sauce. Shows ingredients being prepped from about 0:50 onwards.
