I’m in QLD and we have a suburb here called Ipswich. I will see if I can find out if there ever was a Janine from 43 acacia avenue Ipswich Wouldn’t that be cool! Even if no one ever saw her peering down from heaven.. it would still be very cool!!!😂

Genius, still genius. And deeper; like the stuff about reactions to transvestite abuse: Short, sharp, light, but deep.

[ proper drank typing ] Eddie/Suzy is proper, give respect where it is due. I love this Humn. [ US dict. suggestions, dear USA pay attention ] Humn = Hun, Hume, Hymn [ this would make Eddie/Suzy weep ] **HUMAN!** NB - I use an en_US dictioary on my GOOGLE-CHROME and this is what it gives me. I find that every day using a USA dictionary makes my expression less intelligible to the world. I use an en_us dictionary on purpose [ as a brit ] , it is more than enough to confuse 'the algorithm'. [ lol ]

In the “Drugged up to the F*ckin’ Eyeballs Tour De France,” I can imagine the commentators saying, “And now, the cyclists are entering the mountains. Oh, I say, it seems the cyclists are going up the mountains faster than they are coming down them…”

Still find it hard to get my head around the fact that Eddie's material works in the french language, especially when he does a great job of taking the piss out of it a lot. He must switch to taking the Mick out of English.

Not really taking the Mick out of english, rather a pretty good translation of the show. I know a decent amount of french and its almost the same material, just translated.

It is interesting. I honestly think he's just batty, which is adorable rather than shaming. He has got me thinking about gender acceptance and how shallow I am. I had a gf at 4. There was never any indecision. I realize that I could just as well have awakened to different preference. So I can accept that. What I can't stand is open-toed shoes. Sandals. Feet by themselves are not so bad. Usually it means to me sand and the beach. I had to explain this to my gf. Not the one when I was 4. Monica Steinberg was reserved. Now I like girls who don't speak English and wear socks. Socks hide feet, ergo benefit of socks. But put open toes on socks and it is equally as horrid even with socks. if you gave me a picture of the feet of every one of my gfs, I would be able to sort them just as well as if I saw their face. I know that sounds like I never knew what they looked like, but no...my face recognition is good. I am horrified that I remember feet. If I were Stephen King, I'd know what I was writing next.

It was a riff, impro, because he'd mixed up the Robin Hood stuff. And he has, occasionally anyway, just very subtly.

Watching this made me sad. He's lost it hasn't he? That spark he had, the mischievousness, the fun... he was always laughing & he had that spark in his eyes, really enjoying himself while he's doing his thing. But, it's not there any more. He's just going through the motions, as if he's too tired & too overworked. It didn't make me laugh at all, I just felt sad & that he's gone the old Eddie & he will probably never make another stand up like the ones that always made me laugh. Cats drilling behind the sofa, up a tree putting make up on, taking the piss out of the Americans & everyone else come to that, Mrs Badcrumble teaching him how to play the clarinet & him saying 'at what point did you orgasm Mrs Badcrumble?', dogs making a Pavlova & he'd laugh all the way through it, but he wasn't laughing in this at all. He's made a brilliant success out of his career to the point where he's acting with Judy Dench & all these marathons he's doing; that's some achievement. I'll always love him though; nobody has ever made me laugh like him & I just love his personality; he's so likeable. I like Michael McKintyre too (can't spell it, sorry) but Eddie is so 'out there' in his observations & I tend to think like that too, so we are alike in that respect. I'll miss his stand ups & will just have to watch the old ones over & over again lol... I feel sad for him struggling with his gender; it can't be easy. So i hope people will be tolerant & kind about that. Because he deserves it simply for making us laugh so much! God Bless you Eddie, you, like Freddie, are very much loved
