I know you may never see this Ed, but I just have to speak it. I watched your docu-series that just came out and I loved your music before but you are at a whole new level of love and respect for me! You gave us a peak of such a real and vulnerable time of your life that touched my heart. You said in that series you know a time is coming where your career will fade and people will not be interested (I’m paraphrasing here) but I Need YOU TO KNOW, I DON’T BELIEVE THAT IS THE CASE FOR YOU. You are a very special and talented young man who this is who you were made to be and will be the artist that every time you put out new music it will be loved and adored just as it is now. Why "literally"?

Love Ed’s music but it is just that bit sweeter when you know how truly grateful and humble he is. He is one of a kind in this world and incredibly thankful someone like him exists.

I will never get tired of Ed and Luke collabs. For those that haven’t seen it, check out there Collab in London when they sang Ed’s song Dive. Ed has a unique ability to collab and sound good with anyone. Dude just breathes music.

​@@llewisdolphins I have never been dissapointed by Ed Sheeran's work. In his early days, I knew him more as a rapper and I think that rappers often give more personal lines/lyrics. He is a professional and so must give some consideration to commercial success - but he still always seems primarily true to himself and ,imo, this is what people hear and love and relate to (as the lyrics and music he wraps it up in are always so good). He really has shared what are often very private emotions with us this time - but looking back over his career, he always lets us in to his life experiences. A completely different genre, but i think the Kwon Ji Yong album is also a masterpiece of baring the soul and laying it open to the world.

The docu series gave us an insight to his life. But I think if you listen to subtract he left his heart on the floor. Each song is so amazing.

I'd listen to a Luke/Ed album. Probably every day for the rest of my life to be honest.

I think my sister was annoyed that he, the father was at my wedding 2014 with his work colleague, Caroline and Amanda Abingdon before joining the CIA. That's why she refused to do my make-up and was in a huff. She got scanned and knew about her babies she was carrying in 94 and 95, whereas I didn't know. Then she got Roddys baby. I first heard of Luke combs when Ed did this song with him.....i went on to listen to his music and boy!!! I urge anyone who hasn't listen to Luke to do so, you will not be disspointed, i promise you .

I am a 61-year old who doesn't follow music any more. I just heard of this guy today. They're both really good. Made my eyes water.

Just pure greatness. Ed sheeran has to be one of the smartest singer/songwriters of this generation and any. His collabs are without a doubt always top shelf.

There’s a line in the song ‘Golden Embers’ by Mandolin Orange that simply reads: Loss has no end. I’ve lost both parents, a brother, and more friends than I care to recall. The pain eases with time but it never fully goes away. I wish you peace in life. 👊🏽🍺

Honestly the combination of the British accent and the American western accent made the song on a whole other level, not to mention that it's being sung by two living legends in the music industry

Amazing how music hits you. I was in the room when my niece passed 3 weeks ago. She had been sick for years. She and I would trade songs we heard all the time. For 3 seconds I thought, I gotta send this to Rikki and then realized I couldn't. This song actually hits home alot. Romantic or otherwise...it's about loss and trying to move forward. 😢

I actually didn't take it to be romantic at all. The only thing that maybe expresses that is the bit about flame and calm reserve, but anyone in your life who loves you could put you first. So, I think this could very much fit you and your niece's relationship.
