I lost my father just this past May , it happened very quickly and I had no idea it was coming ,I know that pain of losing a father, it's heart breaking, even more so when you do not see it coming. Time heals all wounds ,but it will take time and that's what hurts, hugs.

Im so so sorry! Ive been trough this too. Just a week ago, 💔 i love my mom. Im not going to tell you, youll be okay. Im going to say, take your time to heal. Its your loss, its you who's grieving about your dad, not a friend or a neighbour... Take your time! Take any time you need. Cus, words cant discribe the pain of losing a parent... they just cant. When there are no words for the pain we feel, we cry... and thats okay! Talk to your dad, tell him how much you love him, how proud you are... tell anything.. .everything you want to... Big hug!

I 100%agree with other 2 comments. I'm going to add one more suggestion. If your father is still able to speak, be sure to do a video of his voice. I miss everything about my Mom, but I miss our conversations and her voice the most. And when he dies pass, take all of the time that you need. Grief is a process and only you are in charge of the time frame. ❤ And for me, music helped me. Find the song that speaks to your heart.
