I wouldn't say it's one of the lower end saws Home Depot sells. To me, Echo is the highest end saw they sell.

lift the blade up at the end while you tighten the chain

You have to lift the bar tip to tighten chain 🤔 more accurate tightening.

The band holding the clutch had me stumped for a while until I realized it's the chain brake and has to be pulled back by the safety bar to loosen up enough to fit over the clutch.
