Lot's of interesting videos! But why couldn't this just be a mirror alignment issue? (mirror closest to tube) - Or compensated with via adjusting that mirror?
Where did u get the cool 3D printed test holder
Great information, thanks I was lucky with my setup in that everything aligned with no more than 1/2 mm offset with the head at any position. At some point, if I need to move my laser, this information will be useful.

My laser is firing below mirror 2. I cut the vent out this week and I suspect the vibration messed up my mirrors. How do I fix it
Woah I have a similar problem, my dot dosent move horizontally but no matter what rises the closer it gets to mirror #1 how would you recommend I fix this issue
