That veggie market/salad buffet is gorgeous. Those enoki mushrooms are so fresh. I wish our salad bars here in the US looked that good! And no, I wouldn't get bored with 3 meats. One is great, so having 3 is awesome!

Our salad bars consist of fat people ignoring the salads and filling up on carbs and cheese. Asian countries tend to only eat veggies, rice, noodles and meat. Maybe if we changed our culture to a healthy lifestyle then we could get nice things like enoki mushrooms.

@@reformedgarbage5415 I'm aware of what our salad bars are like and what most Americans tend to eat when utilizing them. I actually am not a big fan of cheese on my salads. I love all the fresh veggies, though. And yes, I know what the cuisines are like in East Asian countries. I talk about it with my friends. I cook similar dishes at home.

Hi!😄 In Japan, we don't put various kinds of meat in hot pot. We usually enjoy pork, chicken, or beef alone. This is because it muddies the taste of the soup. The way to enjoy shabu-shabu is to first boil and enjoy only the meat, then add plenty of vegetables, simmer them, and enjoy the meat with the vegetables, and finally cook noodles and rice in the broths from the vegetables and meat, and eat them soaked with plenty of extract. There is almost no broth left in the pot. When having a nabe, there is always someone in charge of the cooking. This person, named "nabe bokyogyo" (Hot pot magistrate) is in charge of timing the vegetables and meat, and frequently scoops out the scum.🤣
