Tsukiji and Tempura Kondo are also good tempura restaurant. I think the holes are from the screws that binds the two forms before pouring concrete. I think it is just for beauty or the finish.

@@chefjpanglo seafood lover ako chef Kaya fave KO tempura at buttered shrimp kahit everyday Yan ulam KO happy na ako...husband KO Naman kansi lover at saka anak namin...good for you and Camille you have the same taste sa foods....kmi magkaiba talaga ...
