Another nice post Chef and Ms Camille. I love Japanese egg sandwiches, sa limited experience ko may kanya kanya silang characters kaya hindi ko maikumpara ang isa't isa. First time ko noon sa Japan, nagulat ako about 10:00 ng gabi, may mga nakasakay akong mga bata sa train, galing ng after school classes by their own walang guardians/ magulang na kasama, marami na akong napuntahan na lugar sa Japan ko lang nakita iyon.

Nag ta trabaho po ako sa factory ng sandwich isa po yan sa ginagawa namin! And yes! May ibat ibang klase kami ginamit na itlog at iba rin tinapay na ginagamit namin kada convenience store iisang factory lang minsan sila ginagawa pero strict sila na wag mapag halo yung ingredients at itlog dahil mag ka iba talaga sila

Chef next time go to Hokkaido. The best in Japan, from veggies, ramens, fish are super fresh and seafoods superb quality. Try the Uni ( sea urchins ) taste heaven, creamy and sweet.

Hi gud am Po chef JP..long time subscriber Po NYO .baka pwede Po makapg work sa restaurant NYO .almost 4yrs na KC Ako walang work since pandemic..Ako KC bantay sa mga kids ko..pero now kelanagn ko na KC mag work kapos na KC sa mga financial..kahit Po helper.at willing nman Po MATUTO sa pagluluto..I love cook namn Po ..sana mbasa Po NYO thanks and God bless.
