Incredible.
I was in little over 30 Michelin star restaurants. Half of them were three star restaurants. But when I visited Disfrutar in 2021 I said exactly the same thing. If this is not three stars I don't know what should be three stars. It was a magical experience. What amazed me the most wasn't so much the creativity, it was the perfect execution of it. Taste, aroma, textures, temperatures and aesthetics were high end.
I appreciate the artistry, but I imagine myself walking away from this meal still hungry.

I heard/ read from some comments and research that gold aren't actually enhancing the food, they are neutral, no taste and odor. Which is the real reason why people use gold cutlery and plate, to avoid unwanted taste from utensils (like wood, clay, or other substance) Putting it on food only make them look fancy and pricey, kinda scammy
