Thanks for another great episode...so heartwarming. Tthis one from one of my favorite restaurants, just an hour from where I live. You should revisit in the summer and enjoy the unique building and surroundings.

Out of curiosity, do you guys ever put a "score" to the meals and rate the restaurants you visit (either on some public scale or just between yourselves)? When I go out for dinner in my city (Toronto), I love to nerd out about rating each dish, then putting a score on the overall meal, and maintaining a ranking of meals. Curious if anyone else is the same

I don't score to that level of granularity but at the end of the year I do like to do a little round up and pick a top 3 of restaurants and an overall dish of the year. Never been to Toronto but I have been to Montréal and enjoyed the food scene there - I went in September and was particularly impressed at the variety of mushrooms and fungi offered, especially at Toqué. Toronto does seem to have great restaurants too, now recognised by Michelin of course.

True foodies over here!! We keep note of which dishes were our favourites in the meal, and have our favourite restaurants too! But for now, its just amongst ourselves. We might work on something in the New Year for ranking restaurants, we'll see how the year goes :)
