Beautifully said Dr. Khadar. We are so blessed to have such clear cut information from a scientist and doctor that is candid and walks his talk and talks the walk. Heard so much about what to eat by so many doctors and science, and unfortunately they all differed. Having said this, I'm going to eat whatever I want to eat, always in moderation and I don't have any of those diseases at almost 74. Good health for all! Oops, it's dinner time, and I'm having 1 chapati-two vegetables-potato curry with little brown rice- and nothing for dissert. Take care of your health!

Sir, since vegetables are rich in water they don’t require fibre. Is it not right that fibre strands also get stuck in intestine?
In US we have difficulty getting unpolished millets, how bad is it if we eat polishes millets?

Sir I have doubt... Actually the fibre percentage including the water weight of the leafy vegetables that means if 2% of fibre in 100 grams means it is not that 2% after removing water... In dried leafy vegetables it may be 20-30%
What is the relation between. Goitre and Millet , specially pearl millet
