Whey is a milk derivative, which some say that it feeds microbes. Also, why aren't there any fruits & veggies listed? Is it bc listing them is unnecessary or bc you don't consume any? If you don't consume any, your missing out on a plethora of beneficial nutrients

I mean tho it seems a good amout of food but the total calories in is just too less that what an active human being burns. And when it comes to bulking or cutting, it's simply about calories in and calories out. This is just my opinion tho, correct me if I am mistaken (I am in process of gaining knowledge about fitness)

I was skinny most my life ..I started working out in my 30s. I took supplements & ate alot. My youngest son is skinny - 26 yrs old. Your metabolism will change , gaining weight will come. I tell my son that as well. Eat healthy and good luck.
