I have been eating almost every day okra for about 2 years and I am a raving fan of this food.

Thanks for your comment. Okra contains fructans that can cause diarrhea, gas, cramping and bloating in people with existing bowel problems. As with any food moderation is key as overdoing almost any food can have unintended side effects.
