So I'm in process of your beautiful shawl pattern & it is going well, but my question is, what is the purpose of the k1, pm, k1? I've looked at mine & the one in the pattern but I don't see anything different, is it more for understanding where we are in the pattern...? Love this project though 😊Barb❤
