In the written pattern doesn’t the pattern instructions write for the 3rd row - *(p2tog) 4x’s, (yo, k1) 8x’s, (p2tog) 8x’s* then (p2tog) 4x’s for the last 8 sets? I’m confused. Did the video demonstrate the entire pattern? I realize it’s a short sample.

Great video but it won't work on all even stitches. I cast on 54, first row finished on P2, it's OK it will work fine if I cast on 52 stitches which may be better for my blanket piece anyway 🙂 Only have 2 rows to unravel, unlike earlier today when I realised that my seed stitch gauge was too wide and the stitch too small after already having knitted a lot of rows. That's all good though! Better to know sooner than later. This pattern will work perfectly for the start of my blanket 🙏
